The fine arts working group reviews proposals made concerning the acquisition, transfer, conservation and maintenance of outdoor works in parks and street areas and produces official statements on the subject. The working group includes representatives from the Oulu Art Museum, the museum and science Centre, Oulu infrastructure administration, land use and city planning, the construction authority, and currently the Oulu Housing Exhibition art steering group. The meetings are convened by Oulu Art Museum.
