The touring exhibitions produced by the Oulu Art Museum feature works by artists connected to Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu regions, works from the Oulu Art Museum’s collections and items made available by other museums.

The touring exhibitions are ready-to-display packages complete with a press release, artwork presentation texts, a list of artworks, an exhibition poster and press photographs. They are small, easily transportable exhibitions.

The travelling exhibitions are primarily used by municipalities and cities in Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu but are available to other areas in Finland as well. You can book a travelling exhibition for a library, a gallery or a similar public exhibition space.

Loan time including transportation is one month (including reception, hanging, exhibition, takedown, packing and transportation to next destination). The exhibition fee is €65 or 80 € per month depending on the size of the exhibition. The exhibitions are transported between the Oulu Art Museum and the exhibitor by Matkahuolto.
