Loan requests should be submitted approximately six months before the start of the loan period if the request concerns several works or if they are large in size. The loan is conditional on the conservator confirming the works to be in good condition or there being enough time for the required maintenance or conservation action before the loan.
The loan request must include a description of the exhibition, exhibition dates, the location of the exhibition and a list of artworks requested. Requests should be sent by email to the curator. Preliminary enquiries will be answered by the amanuensis.
